The absolut theatre company was founded in 1997 and became a registered non-for profit society ( S- 46597) on September 8 2003.

The mandate of the absolut theatre company is:
a) To write, workshop and/or produce original Canadian scripts.
b) To create: educational, political, bizarre environmental theatre in various key locations throughout the Lower Mainland and beyond, so
that we may highlight our Canadian identity.
c) To provide skills and opportunities to women and youth within the industry.

Afshin Matlabi is a multidisciplinary artist. He holds a B.F.A. from U.B.C. Vancouver, a M.F.A. from Concordia U. Montreal, and a B.Eng. from Ryerson Poly. U. Toronto. He has presented his works across Canada in solo and group exhibitions and currently teaches at Vanier College and Concordia University in Montreal. He explores issues concerning gender and sexuality, crosscultural phenomena, and humor. He lives in Montreal.

Agence TOPO is an artist-run center dedicated to the production, dissemination and ditribution of independant multimedia works. Founded in 1993, TOPO provides assistance on a proposal basis for the development of projects presented by its members and other representatives of the artistic community.

AKA Gallery Inc. supports and encourages dissemination, development and experimentation in
contemporary art. AKA's mandate covers a wide range of disciplines, including visual, performance and media arts. AKA prioritizes work that is non-commercial in nature and strives to find a balance in its presentation between a number of contending interests including local and national artist,

Alec est un artiste multidisciplinaire de Montréal, un touche à tout du visuel et du formel. Graphiste de formation, il est devenu, au cours des années, designer et peintre.

La peinture est son mode d'expression le plus exploratoire et le plus libérateur. Cette dimension artistique a progressivement influencé tous ses autres secteurs de création.
