Founded in 1982, One Yellow Rabbit's mandate has always been to forge a theatrical voice that is experimental yet professional, challenging yet captivating, and indigenous in that it is conceived and performed by artists from Calgary, and about subjects that matter here. The expression "performance theatre" describes a form that blends elements like drama, dance, poetry and monologue into an unpredictable whole.
